Refund and Return Policy

    • Return or refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
    • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • Certain items, such as customized or clearance products, are not eligible for return.

  2. Damaged or Defective Products
    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving it.
    • We will require visual proof (photos or videos) showing the damage or defects.
    • If the product is deemed defective or damaged, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund.

  3. Products Not Received
    • If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, you may request a refund or replacement after verification with our logistics team.
    • Delays due to customs, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control are not covered by this policy.

  4. Order Cancellation
    • You can cancel an order before it is shipped for a full refund. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

  5. Return Shipping Costs
    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong product shipped or defective product).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any returns to ensure the product reaches us.

  6. Refunds
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

  7. Exceptions and Exclusions
    • The following items are not eligible for return or refund :

      • Sale or clearance items
      • Gift cards
